Bell Tower of Mosque-Cathedral in Cordoba

First impression when you reach Cordoba, the fountains with their beautiful designs and the smell of the Orange trees everywhere in the city.

Cordoba is a small city that was found by the Romans, and the Capital has the same name Cordoba.

We arrive to the old quarter in the city that we pass it by walking and from it you can see the Bell Tower of  the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba and Mezquita.

This Mosque-Cathedral is also known as the "Cathedral of our Lady of the Assumption", is a unique building that witness the Caliphate period in Spain.

As you enter inside the Mosque, you are impressed by its Columns, admiring also the architectural and artistic styles of the Moorish.

You can amaze yourself from the ivory, jasper, and porphyry, gold, silver, copper and brass were used in the decorations.

There, in this beautiful day, I meet another lovely lady Beth a Chinese living in Philippines. She is gentle and nice too, enter your heart so fast from her way of making you laugh until you cry. From this day, we began our lovely friendship.
